Shipping policy

Every print is made to order and ships from the closest of Gelato's production facilities across 17 countries — usually the one you're in. Nothing sits in a warehouse; each piece is printed for you after you order.

Processing time. Production takes 2–5 business days. You'll receive tracking by email the moment your print leaves the press.

Delivery time. Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after production, depending on your location. International orders may take longer and can be subject to customs processing and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Packaging. Prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Give your print a day laid flat under a few books and any curl from transit relaxes out.

Delays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control, though we'll always help you track down a lost or delayed order.
