Refund policy

Every print is made to order. When you place an order, your piece is printed specifically for you — nothing is pulled from a shelf or returned to inventory. Because of this, we handle returns differently from most shops, and we keep it simple.

Change of mind

We can't accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size chosen, or "it looked different on my screen." Since each print is produced individually, there's no stock to return it to. Please check the size and dimensions listed on each product page before ordering — every size is shown in both inches and centimeters.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong

If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, that's on us and we'll fix it. Email a clear photo of the issue to orders@unframedwallscom within 14 days of delivery. We'll reprint and reship your piece free of charge — you won't need to send the original back.

A note on color

Screens are backlit and calibrated differently from one another; ink on uncoated matte paper reads softer and warmer than pixels do. Slight variation between what you see online and what arrives is normal, and isn't considered a defect. It's part of what makes a physical print its own object.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund only before they enter production, which usually happens within a few hours of ordering. Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel and we'll stop it if we can. Once a print is in production, it can't be canceled.

European Union — 14 day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason, in line with EU consumer law. The print must be returned in its original condition. Contact us at orders@unframedwalls.com to start an EU return.

Refunds

Where a refund applies (a damage claim we can't resolve by reprinting, a pre-production cancellation, or an EU return), it goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days pass after we've approved a refund, email us.
