every print here was chosen, not made.

The work is generated. That part isn't a secret. What takes the time is the choosing — sitting with a thousand images and throwing away nine hundred and ninety-nine. Anyone can produce. Almost nobody edits.

The collections won't look like each other. One is landscapes. Another might be cars, or vintage still lifes, or something I can't explain yet. There's no house style to protect. The only thing every print shares is that someone looked hard at it and decided it earned a wall.

A frame is a border, and a border tells a room where the art stops. Taped to plaster, pinned bare, curling slightly at one corner — the paper stops being an object hung on the house and starts being part of what the house is. It ages in the same light as everything else you live with. That's the whole argument.

I don't sign these and I don't put my name on the site. The work should hold up without knowing whose taste it is.
